I’m Carli — and Carlisle is my given name.

I recently moved out West — a move that felt both bold and inevitable. I’m a born-and-raised Texan who spent the last decade in Austin working in apparel start-ups. My first job out of college ignited my entrepreneurial mindset and showed me what’s possible when innovation and creativity are encouraged. I learned how to build thoughtful teams, stay steady in chaos, and bring ideas to life. I also learned that work can — and should — spark joy. Creating a product people genuinely love is meaningful, and fun.

Carlisle Embroidery began as a creative outlet and grew into something more intentional — a way to merge craftsmanship with meaning. I specialize in clean, thoughtful embroidery that adds tasteful personality to any piece.

I’m easygoing and collaborative by nature, but obsessive about the quality of the end product. I test, tweak, and refine — because the smallest details truly make all the difference.
